Dr. Zephyrinus Kofi Mensah Batse, is a renowned sociologist. He had his doctorate in 1986 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. And 1966 batch of University of Ghana, Legon. He has forty(40) years of teaching experience and research. He was formerly a fellow of Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana-Legon from 1973 to 2002.
Currently a fellow to Millar Institute of Trans-disciplinary Studies and a Vice Rector to University College of Management Studies, Mountain Zion Campus, Kumasi. He has over hundred (100) publications to his credit relating to Labour Economics, Employment Skills and Educational system of the Republic of Ghana, which were grants sponsorship from World Bank and United Nation Development Programme.
